Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered via Cloudflare. When visiting the site, technically required connection data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, referrer) may be processed in server logs to ensure secure and stable operation.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in website security and reliability).

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the following data is processed: name, email address, optional phone/company, message, and technical metadata (timestamp and source path).

Processing is carried out to handle your request and communicate with you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Anti-spam and abuse prevention

To protect the contact channel against automated submissions and abuse, technical safeguards are used (honeypot field, minimum fill time, link limits, and IP-based rate limiting). This includes short-term processing of IP-related data.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing spam and protecting service integrity).

Transmission to messenger services

Contact form submissions are delivered via an automated bot to my private Telegram account (Telegram FZ-LLC). This ensures a fast response time.

Where data is processed outside the EU, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards or the necessity for pre-contractual measures according to Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR.

Storage period

Contact data is retained only as long as required to process the request or as long as legal retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection under the GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
