Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered via Cloudflare. When visiting the site, technically required connection data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, referrer) may be processed in server logs to ensure secure and stable operation.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in website security and reliability).

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the following data is processed: name, email address, optional phone/company, message, and technical metadata (timestamp and source path).

Processing is carried out to handle your request and communicate with you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Anti-spam and abuse prevention

To protect the contact channel against automated submissions and abuse, technical safeguards are used (honeypot field, minimum fill time, link limits, and IP-based rate limiting). This includes short-term processing of IP-related data.

Email delivery service (processor)

Contact form submissions are delivered via the service “Resend". A data processing agreement is in place with this provider.

Storage period

Contact data is retained only as long as required to process the request or as long as legal retention obligations apply.
